Plans for the Estate will ensure that it becomes a self-sustaining village and each phase within the Mt Richmore development with have its own gated, secure access.
The first two phases of the Estate have officially been released by the developers at the start of 2016. The Phase 1 (Lifestyle Village), with 604 units in total will offer a perfect lock up and go living, while Phase 2, with a focus on family, has a mix of 60 freehold sites and 8 developers opportunities with approximately 145 homes. Homes in this phase will be 280m² and above and must be built according to the Architectural Guidelines. Builders and Architects used, must be accredited.
