We had a great season on the residential side both the free hold and sectional title phases, with 2 more houses breaking ground on the freehold phase,we still have some lovely prime free hold plots available but with everything that we are putting in they won’t last long, if you are in the market please don’t hesitate in contacting me.
From myself I just wanted to give you a quick update on the plans for the 2018 and beyond:
Phase 1 and 2 will have the following projects commencing in 2018 which include family homes within the secure Dolphin Ridge Node adjacent to the Curro Mount Richmore School (up to Grade 12) ,Mount Richmore Lifestyle Village (Currently with 50 Completed Units) , The Mount Richmore Retirement Village , Richmore Office Park ,The Medical Centre and The Boutique Centre, also the link road through to Chaka’s Rock Road will commence
The New Salt Rock Shopping is well on track to be open on the opening date of the 27th of March with Woolworths , Checkers and Clicks as the anchor tenants with coffee shops and restaurants all designed around the Estates needs.
On the drawing board for a 2019 kickoff will be The Boulevard Centre ( Office Park and Retail Site) , a further Conference Centre and Office Park alongside the Old Salt Rock Rd and the opening up of the final Phases , Phase 3 and Phase 4 , Phase 4 being solely residential alongside Simbithi Eco Estate with 40% of the area being greenbelt with Phase 3 being residential on the seaside of the New Salt Rock link Road with Commercial on the inland side of the link Road.
2018 and the next few years are going to be a very exciting for us with some excellent projects planned for the estate which will change the face of the entire area.
