Indlovu Construction is a proud member of the Lutzkie Group of Companies and has completed the construction of the New Salt Rock Shopping Centre and New Salt Rock Link Road.
With the completion of Phase 1 of the R250 million shopping centre at the end of March 2018. The R100 million Phase 2 extension by end of 2022 , the completion of the R 105 million Link Road is also expected to be finished at the end of March 2022.
The Company has offices in Salt Rock Ballito KZN and Middleburg Mpumalanga and is the developers in-house builder at the New Salt Rock City development on the North Coast KZN with 1200 homes and 168 business entities to be constructed in the coming years, the company has the expertise to tackle any Building or Civil Engineering Construction project up to R 250 million within the South Africa and the SADEC countries.
The Company also has a development arm and is therefore available for turnkey residential and commercial projects with budgeting a free service for such developments or freehold homes.
With qualified and SACPMP registered staff with many years’ experience the company is ready to tackle any construction project across the built environment.
Although the company is relatively new the team has been working together for 10 years and has proven its ability to deliver quality workmanship on time and within budget, with almost annually achieving an award for Excellence in Building from the Master Builders Association for quality workmanship.
Graham Mockridge has a National Higher Diploma in Construction Management and 35 years’ experience in the building industry and 20 of those years running his own business. Graham was directly involved with the construction of the Sani Pass Hotel , LIV Village and the Glen Ashley Spar of which all won awards from the MBA. Graham has experience through all the fields of building from residential through to commercial, hotels, shopping centres clinics , schools etc
The construction of the New Salt Rock Shopping Mall was completed on time in March 2018 and was completed over a 9-month contract period at high quality and within budget.
Graeme Davis has National Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering and is a Registered Professional Construction Manager with the SACPCMP with 30 years of experience in the Civil Engineering construction industry.
The current construction of the New Salt Rock link road is currently on track.
